Apr. 27th, 2009 12:26 pmI know, I need to update. Just having a hard time writing sentences and paragraphs and stuff. Currently grumpy because the weather outside is beyond woeful and I can't go for a walk - did try to go out, was soaked through by the time I crossed the road, so no. It's like a monsoon out there - so grr. Aaaand there's a woman in the multistory carpark over the road taking photgraphs directly in my window. That is just a tiny bit freaky.
Anyway, I don't know what to put here at the moment, it's been all hockey round our way, and reading books and stuff. I think I'm pretty content to do this, but it doesn't really make interesting reading, me being chilled out with a good read, getting enough sleep, and so on and so forth. Have developed ubercrush on Ben Goldacre though - which has taken me far too long because all the cool kids ALREADY had one. ;) But have you seen his hair? GAH, HAIR.
Obviously, though, I only love him for his mind. What a very impressive mind it is, too.

How 'bout them Capitals, eh? Watched game 5, was utterly astonished by The Goal, watched game 6, shouted a lot at the television, hello game 7. And Varlamov? IMPRESSIVE BABY GOALIE IS IMPRESSIVE.
Sharks? With them, I was just so happy they won game 5. It means I got two more days of having Sharks in t'playoffs. I don't know what tonight will bring, I really don't. I just know I love them to bits, even if they're being dunderheaded right now. Other teams are awesome and all, especially Boston, but there's only one San Jose. <3
PS What the fuck is the point of Flo-Rida or whatever he's called? Who samples that song that I believe was called Blue and am ashamed to be fairly certain was by Eiffel 65? WHO? Honestly, he's an argument for the existence of Satan.
