I feel better. It's nice to feel better. There was a dash to the hospital because it was just that bad(though since it took four hours to be seen, a dash isn't really the word, is it) but that yielded precisely nothing - they said they couldn't help me and sent me home. Nya. My dizziness is still constant and annoying. My neck hurts like mad. But - finally! - my mood has lifted. So the stupid duloxetine might finally be getting out of my system.

Former Wales and Lions captain Gareth Thomas has broken one of the major taboos that surround sport by revealing he is gay.

That takes bravery. And he came out to The Daily Mail, for fuck's sake.

Of course I should be writing "well it doesn't matter who he's attracted to does it", but the world's not quite there yet. Maybe we'll get there a little bit quicker with this.
